On October 22, 2019, Kate Hudson and her sons attended the highly anticipated NBA game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Clippers with friends Ali Wise, Jennifer Meyer, then boyfriend and now fiance Danny Fujikawa, her sons, Ryder Robinson and Bingham Bellamy. Danny and Kate’s daughter, Rani, stayed home. The 2019 and 2020 basketball season was a highly watched one, with fans waiting eagerly for the game between the two Los Angeles-based teams. 

Jennifer Meyer, a longtime friend of Kate Hudson, is the founder and owner of Los Angeles-based Jennifer Meyer Jewelry. The company began operation in 2005 and has since been featured for numerous awards and in major stores such as Neiman Marcus. 

Danny Fujikawa is a musician and the cofounder of Lightwave Records, an American record company. He is the reformer, lead singer, and guitarist for Chief, a folk-rock band. While Kate has two sons from a previous relationship, the pair have a daughter together, Rani (pronounced Ronnie) Rose Hudson Fujikawa, named after her grandfather Ron Fujikawa. 

Kate Hudson, who is a longtime friend of Ali Wise, is an American actress from Los Angeles and the daughter of Bill Hudson and Goldie Hawn.
